Donann Birchfield

DonAnn Birchfield, age 48, of Bay City was called home after a tragic automobile accident. She was born December 21, 1971 in Charlotte, N.C. to Donald D. and Sandra J. Ellis Birchfield. She enjoyed fishing, music and dancing. She loved her family and friends.

She is survived by her companion of 18 years, Kurt Smith, who she loved like there was no tomorrow and her fur babies Luna and Rowdy. She is also survived by her daughter, Megan Myria Johnson of Tennessee; 1 grandchild; sisters, Myra Michele Birchfield of N.C., Jill Birchfield of N.C.; half sisters, Erica and Samantha Birchfield; nieces and nephews; step-children, Courtney, Ginnie, Lane; 5 step-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Donald D. Birchfield, Jr and Derek Dean Birchfield.

A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at Wheeler Funeral Home at 10:00 am, Thursday, October 22, 2020.
