Santos "Shorty" Cepeda passed away March 19, 2026 at his residence. He was born April 17, 1945 in Matamoros Mexico.
He is survived by his mother Perta Pena; son, Jose de Jesus Melendez; two granddaughters, Viridjara Melendez, Dulce Melendez; 6 great grandchildren, Yarendi, Alma, Michelle, Juan and Govani and sister Josie Hernandez (Willie).
Visitation will be from 8:30 am until 9:30 am, Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at St. Robert’s Catholic Church with rosary being recited at 9:30 am and mass beginning at 10:00 am. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Memorial Park.
