J. Refugio Ramirez passed away August 27, 2022 in Victoria at the age of 74. He was born in Mexico to the late Francisco Ramirez-Carlos and Maria Felipa Palacios-Cleto. Prior to moving to El Campo he lived in Walder.
He is survived by nephew Socorro A Ramirez and wife Maribel of El Campo
