Opal Mcglaun

Opal Faye Shepperd McGlaun, 91, of El Campo passed away June 1, 2018 in El Campo. She was born December 9, 1926 to the late William R. and Della Hastings Shepperd.

She is survived by daughter, Beverly Kyle of Boling; sons, Charles Autry of El Campo, Douglas Autry of Temple, Johnny Autry of West Columbia, 9 living grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bill D. McGlaun; son, Jimmy Autry; grandchildren, Chris Autry and Sandra Moore.

Visitation will be 5 till 7 p.m. Tuesday at Wheeler Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Wheeler Funeral Home with Rev. John Goodwin and Jerry Shepperd officiating. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Park.

Serving as pallbearers will be Brandon Autry, Holden Autry, Timmy Autry, Brad Autry, Devon Shows and Spencer Walsh.
