In Loving Memory of Olivia Garcia

Olivia Garcia was born on September 5, 1964, in Parkin, Arkansas, and passed away peacefully on July 4, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.

Olivia dedicated her life to what mattered most her family. Her greatest purpose was loving and caring for those she held dear. She was a woman of unwavering faith, remarkable strength, and endless compassion. Through every season of life, she trusted God and shared His love through her kindness, generosity, and selfless heart.

She was a devoted wife, a loving daughter, a proud mother, a caring sister, and an extraordinary grandmother. Her grandchildren were the joy of her life. She cherished every moment with Aysia Garcia Perry, Ashton Garcia Perry, Alijah Garcia Perry, Kaiden Garcia, Kaysen Garcia, and her precious granddaughter, Kamilla Garcia, whom she loved long before she had the opportunity to meet. They were her greatest blessing.

Olivia is survived by her beloved husband, Rene Garcia; her loving mother, Elida Soto; her children, Erin Garcia (Steve) and Christopher Garcia (Mariah); her siblings, Herlinda Cardenas (Steve), Damacio Soto Jr., Irma Jasso, Elvira Rodriguez, Armando Soto, Elva Blanco (Nick), Rafaila Huerta (Joe), Mary O’Cañas (Genaro), and Rick Soto (Carly); her cherished grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends who will forever treasure her memory.

She was preceded in death by her beloved son, Nathan John Garcia; her father, Damacio Soto Sr.; her father-in-law, Ricardo Garcia Sr.; her mother-in-law, Mary Ellen Garcia; her sister-in-law, Brenda Ann Lea; and her brothers-in-law, Robert E. Lea and Elias Jasso (Al).

Olivia’s legacy is one of unconditional love, steadfast faith, and unwavering devotion to her family. She taught those around her the meaning of strength, grace, compassion, and unconditional love. Though her presence will be deeply missed every day, the love she gave so freely will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

As Scripture reminds us:

“I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, will award me. 2 Timothy 4:7-
