Neftali Lugo Ortiz passed away December 3, 2022 in Wharton. He was born April 7, 1939 in Puerto Rico to the late Antonio Lugo and Lucia Ortiz.
He is survived by his wife Ana Lugo of Wharton along with many friends and members of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.
Visitation will be at Wheeler Funeral Home from 3:30 pm until 6:00 pm on Wednesday, December 7, 2022. Funeral service with Goel Soto officiating the service will begin at 2:00 pm on Thursday at Wheeler Funeral Home with burial to follow at La Colonia Cemetery.
