Leroy Soliz Garcia went to be with the Lord on July 14, 2026 at the age of 48. He was born April 26, 1978 in El Campo, Texas to Mary Soliz Garcia and Robert Guel Garcia, Jr. He graduated from Louise High School. He enjoyed fishing, camping, BBQing and anything outdoors, especially the beach. He was an Astros fan but most of all he loved spending time with his family. He was deep rooted in his faith and attended church faithfully. He was a merchandiser for Frito Lay.

Leroy is survived by his parents Robert and Mary Garcia; son, Leroy Garcia, Jr. (fiancé, Wendy); daughters, Natalie Renee Garcia (Gaspar Vargas), Breanna Garcia, Kaitlyn Garcia; brother, Robert Garcia (Jennifer); sisters, Anita Anderson (Gene), Isabel Cardenas (Robert), Lupe Gusman (Michael); granddaughter, Mireya Garcia.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM, Celebration of Life will begin at 11:00 AM on Friday, July 31, 2026 at the Wheeler Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Barry Barnet, officiating. Burtial will follow in the Garden of Memories Cemetery in El Campo, Texas..

Serving as pallbearers will be Leroy Garcia, Jr., Kyle Anderson, Aaron Cardenas, Robert Cardenas, Jr., Kirk Anderson and Michael Gusman, Jr. Honorary pallbearers are Nick Hernandez, Chris Ablear with his son, Cayne Ablear and Robert Garcia III.
