John Anthony Guerra

John Anthony Guerra, age 57, of Palacios passed away peacefully on August 13, 2026.

He was born August 13, 1969 in Palacios to the late Camilo and Dora Diaz Guerra.

He enjoyed fishing and crafting.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Guerra; step-son, James Garza; step-daughter, Ashley Garza; brothers, Jessie Gillen, Arturo Rivera; nieces, Cindy Rubio, Tammy Gonzalez, Dora Rivera, Susie Rivera, Monica Gillen, Earline Gillen; nephews, Arthur Rivera, Michael Rivera, Eddie Rivera. He was preceded in death by his parents, Camilo and Dora Guerra; brother, Richard Rivera; niece, Carmen Ann Rivera; nephew Jimmie Rivera.

Family will receive visitors from 4 until 5 pm on Thursday, September 17, 2026 at Wheeler Funeral Home, 612 W Jackson, El Campo, Tx 77437. Services will begin at 5:00 pm.
