Joey Gutierrez, Jr.

Joey Gutierrez, Jr. passed away July 27, 2022 at the age of 19. He was born November 29, 2002 in Wharton to Joey Gutierrez, Sr and Lisa Araguz Gutierrez. He enjoyed playing games and rap music and hanging out with his friends. He was a 2022 graduate of El Campo High School.

Joey is survived by his father, Joey Gutierrez, Sr.; step-father, Javier Alcantara; grandmothers, Delia Araguz and Alice Gutierrez as well as many6 aunts, uncles, great aunts and uncles and numerous cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Lisa Araguz Alcantara and grandfathers, Juan Araguz and Alfred Gutierrez.

Family and friends  are invited to a visitation and time to share memories of Joey at Wheeler Funeral Home from 12 noon until 2:00 pm on Saturday, August 13, 2022.
