Jacqueline Ann Mangum, a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend passed away on March 20, 2023.

Jackie was born on May 27, 1964, in Houston, Texas. She worked as a surgical technician in Houston, Texas for several years before dedicating her life to raising her children, Nicholas, Taylor, and Austin in Hungerford, Texas. Her kindness was infectious and she was a positive light to those around her. She enjoyed gardening, coaching the kid’s little league teams, and watching the Houston Astros. Most of all, being a mother and grandmother was her great joy and accomplishment in life.

Jackie is preceded in death by her father, Roy Jacobs, and eldest son, Nicholas Mangum. She is survived by her children: Taylor Mangum-Camperchioli and Austin Mangum; her mother: Barbara Fucik; her brothers: Randy, Larry, Chris, Mike, and Rick Jacobs; her daughter-in-law, Alexandra Mangum, and granddaughter, Olivia Mangum and son-in-law, Ryan Camperchioli.

Services will be held at Wheeler Funeral Home, 612 W. Jackson Street in El Campo, Texas, on April 1, 2023. The family will receive friends from 1:00p - 1:45p and services will start at 2:00p. A lunch reception will follow at Lonestar Cafe located at 9769 Highway 71 in El Campo, Texas.
