David Kemp

June 1, 1957 — December 1, 2018

David Alan Kemp, age 61, of Rosharon and formerly of El Campo, passed away December 1, 2018. He was born June 1, 1957 in Detroit, Michigan to Richard and Geraldine Dugan Kemp. He was member of the El Campo Volunteer Fire Dept. and worked as an EMT while living in El Campo. He was a veteran having served in the Army.

He is survived by his loving family; son, Colt Kemp of Rosharon; daughters, Nellie Kemp-Wafer (Robert) of Manvel, Hallie Gonzales (Joshua) of Rosharon, Emma Kemp of Rosharon; brothers, Daniel, Michael and Edward Kemp; grandchildren, Peyton, Kailey, Talyn and TabbyJo Wafer, Mackenzie Gonzales; great grandson, Jackson Wafer. He was preceded in death by his parents; his beloved wife, Teresa Bartosh Kemp; brothers, Clarence and Richard Kemp and sister Kathleen Lilly.

Visitation will be from 5 till 8 pm on Sunday, Dec 9 at Wheeler Funeral Home. Graveside services will be 10 am Monday, December 10, 2018 at Garden of Memories. Pastor Rick DuBroc officiating.

At the family request, memorials may be made to El Campo Volunteer Fire Dept.
