Mary Ortiz Gallardo passed away February 8, 2022 at the age of 60. She was born February 19, 1961 in El Campo to the late Jesus and Dominga Herrera Ortiz.
Mary is survived by her husband, Andres "Poncho" Gallardo, Sr. of El Campo; son, Andres Gallardo, Jr and wife Chasity of Houston; daughter, Teresa Mercer and husband Derrick of Houston; grandchildren, Jessica Knight, Sean Vega, Erin Mercer, Andrez Gallardo, Aundreya Gallardo; brothers, Isabello Ortiz, Lupe Ortiz, Julian Ortiz and sister, Natalie Ortiz.
Visitation will begin at 8:00 am Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at St. Robert's Catholic Church. A rosary will be recited at 9:00 am followed by mass at 9:30 am. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Memorial Park.
